Another sign that Dusty May will do well with Michigan basketball

One of the biggest issues for Michigan basketball under Juwan Howard was roster management. Oftentimes, Howard was good at getting commitments from players who weren’t able to attend Michigan, at least not without losing credits in their transfer.

It’s something that has probably annoyed every Michigan basketball fan. It’s caused the football program to miss out on transfers too. But that’s how it works when so many of your credits have to come from the University of Michigan (never was about grades) in order to graduate.

Michigan won’t be haunted by the same issues

So when Dusty May built his class of transfers on four players with at least two years of eligibility, it made you wonder if all of them would make it to Michigan after multiple players didn’t under Howard.

But Dusty May said they were going to invest in finding the right fits and Michigan basketball has done that. Now, all transfers have been officially announced, which means they have signed with the Wolverines.
